The Multi-Directional Wet Horizontal Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine is an advanced system designed for comprehensive detection of surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic components. Unlike single-vector systems, it can generate magnetic fields in multiple directions, allowing complete inspection of parts with complex geometries or varied flaw orientations in a single cycle.

In this setup, components are positioned horizontally and magnetized while suspended in a liquid carrier containing magnetic particles. When magnetic flux leakage occurs at discontinuities, the particles are drawn to those areas, forming visible indications of defects. The wet process ensures uniform particle flow, high sensitivity, and consistent coverage across the entire part surface.

This machine is ideal for high-volume production and critical inspection applications across industries such as aerospace, automotive, and heavy engineering, where accuracy, repeatability, and full-coverage testing are essential.
