      The Single-Vector Wet Horizontal Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine is designed for precise detection of surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic components. Using a controlled magnetic field in a single direction, it highlights cracks, seams, laps, and other discontinuities that may affect product quality.
In this system, the component is positioned horizontally and magnetized while a suspension of magnetic particles in a liquid carrier is applied. Any imperfections on or near the surface cause magnetic flux leakage, attracting the particles and forming visible indications of defects. The wet process ensures uniform coverage, excellent sensitivity, and reliable inspection results, even on complex geometries.
This single-vector configuration simplifies setup, reduces inspection time, and provides consistent performance for routine quality control operations. It is particularly suited for applications where defects are expected to align predominantly in one orientation—making it an efficient and cost-effective choice for production environments such as automotive, aerospace, and heavy engineering industries.
